Our top priority is the safety of our customers and staff. And now, more than ever, it’s important that we all take care of ourselves as well as eat healthy.
What we are doing to ensure you, your knives and our team stay safe:
- We have limited the number of persons who can enter the facility and work areas at any one time to ensure that persons in the facility and work areas can easily maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another at all times, except as required to complete essential business activity.
- All surfaces are being sanitized multiple times a day.
- All of our payments are processed online and no financial transactions occur in person.
- Knives are being sanitized with a high grade disinfectant (Sano-Rinse) upon receipt, after sharpening and prior to being shipped back to you.
Our team members are wearing protective masks, gloves and are sanitizing their hands throughout the work day. Work stations are more than 6 feet apart and all non-essential staff is working remotely. Our staff is washing their hands upon entry, before and after each break.
We encourage you to utilize our sharpening service to keep yourselves safe and healthy at home. At this time we are not accepting walk-in sharpening to limit the number of persons inside our facility.
