The service is very cool and my knives came back sharp as they have ever been. Thank you. Bravo! However, I wish there was a better way to track the progress of the process. Best Knifes Ever

This is a new set for us as our others lasted near 20 years. We upgraded to the top of the line ZWILLING product & could not be more satisfied. If cared for properly (per included Instructions), we should be able to get another 20 years or more out of these. What I like best is the new block is made for a complete set. So starting out on a 15 pieces set the block has added capacity for more knives if we'd like to add more, which we did.
