Packing Shipped (1-3 days)
Receive your Knife Aid secure protective envelope.
Pack your knives
Pack your knives and ship them back to us. We will include everything you need.
Knives shipped to our workshop (1-3 days)
We receive your knives.
Knife Sharpening (24 Hours)
A Knife Aid professional will have your knives razor-sharp and back to you within 24 hours from receiving them
Receive your knives back to your home (1-3 days)
You will receive your knives within 1-3 days upon return shipping.

In total your envelope will travel this distance three times. Please see the table below, but note these times are inaccurate at the moment with all orders experiencing a 10-14 day turnaround time. Sharpening times are currently around 2-4 days.

* We need 24 hours on a weekday to sharpen your knives. That means if your knives arrive on a Friday, we will have them sharpened and ready to ship back to you on a Monday
On weekdays, empty knife envelopes will be dispatched to you on the day, if ordered before 1pm Pacific Standard Time. Please note we do not receive or process orders on weekends.
