Best Knifes Ever

This is a new set for us as our others lasted near 20 years. We upgraded to the top of the line ZWILLING product & could not be more satisfied. If cared for properly (per included Instructions), we should be able to get another 20 years or more out of these. What I like best is the new block is made for a complete set. So starting out on a 15 pieces set the block has added capacity for more knives if we'd like to add more, which we did.

Why be dull?

I cook a lot. A mistreat my knives. I never had great knives. But I did! Henckels. But never sharpened them. Now I sharpen every 4-5 months and what a difference it makes! Sharp knives! Now by taking care of them, These knives will last me a lifetime. A legacy for my kids along w my French copper pots. Buy good stuff. Take care of it. Save money in the long run. Pass it on!
