Knife Aid Refund & Return Policy


1. Overview
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Knife Aid, including both physical products and knife sharpening services.

2. Sharpening Services (Knife Aid Service Guarantee)
Knife sharpening services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the sharpness of your knives, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your knives. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a complimentary re-sharpening where appropriate.

3. Physical Product Returns
Return Window
We accept returns of physical products within 60 days of delivery.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@knifeaid.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
For safety reasons, knives and sharp objects must be securely packaged to prevent damage or injury during return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Knife sharpening services
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Used, altered, or damaged products (not due to our error)

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of:
• The product
• Packaging
• Shipping label
We will review and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping & Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Knife Aid is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

10. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want your order, you may return it in accordance with this policy.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal by recipient
may be subject to deduction of shipping and return costs from your refund.
