Knife aid is beyond impressive! My knives and scissors are oh so sharp and wonderful to use. The whole service is impressive. Mailed on a Monday and they were back in my kitchen the following Monday. Glad I signed up for the two sharpening a year.

I have been wanting to have my knives sharpened for years now, but could never find a service in town to do it. I almost bought a self sharpening system, but figured that there would be a learning curve and it might not be the best option for knives this old.
I sent in 4 knives and a pair of kitchen scissors which was easy with the package/sleeves I was sent. My knives are now razor sharp and possibly better than when they were new!
I couldn't be happier, and will be using the service annually to keep my knives in top shape.
