Sent in an assortment of old kitchen knives, all high-carbon stainless steel, very hard and difficult to sharpen at home. Tried everything from pull-through sharpeners, Spyderco rods, even purchased a Worksharp Precision, barely made any progress. Got them back from Knife Aid and they are razor sharp; cutting like new again!

I get excited when its time for me to send my knives in to Knife Aid. They are prompt and everything is perfect!
As for being a klutz? I usually have a few bandages on my hand when I first get them back. Maybe I will become smart one day!
