Great Service

The subscription model really works as the shipping envelope arrives every six months.

The knives arrived back within days, well sharpened. I included my garden shears this time which had started to rust, and they arrived working as well as when they were purchased, rust gone.

Will be continuing with the KnifeAid (previously Sharpenters) service.

Sharp knives but no communication

I was expecting to get an email when my knives arrived and when the sharpening had been completed so that I knew where things were in the process. Some sort of tracking or email confirmations would be appreciated.
